More bad news about HRT and breast cancer
We knew that women who take hormone replacement therapy hormones are at a greater risk for developing breast cancer. Now we find out that they are associated with a greater frequency of recurring breast cancer and new cancers in the same or the other breast even if the women stop the hormones, although the risk slow drops over several years.
