The contoversy over whether the GSPOT exists has been discussed for many years. It has lead to anxiety and feelings of inadequacy in many women. New studies may relieve that anxiety.
The Journal of Sexual Medicine has published a report authored by Dr Emmanuele Jannini at the University of L'Aquila claiming that the Gspot can be detected on US (ultrasound) examination.
She compared women who could have a vaginal organism and those who could not. The first group were found to have thicker tissue in the area claimed to be the "Gspot".
This may be a true Gspot or it may be better musce tone in the vagina or an extension of the clitoris.
If the Gspot is better muscle tone it may be able to be improved through pelvic floor exercises (see "high heels"). Having orgasms is a form of vaginal exercise: perhaps women can improve their Gspot by having more orgasms by other means.
If the Gspot is clitoral, that's the way the woman is made.
In either case, stop those negative feelings!
